EUROPEAN BIKE WEEK® 2025 TO CELEBRATE HARLEY-DAVIDSON INNOVATION, MOTOCULTURE, AND ADVENTURE
A thrilling week of motorcycles, live entertainment, and iconic experiences at Europe’s free-throttle open motorcycle festival
VIENNA, AUSTRIA (07.08.2025) – European Bike Week® returns to Faak am See, Austria from 2 to 7 September 2025, delivering another unforgettable edition of Europe’s free-throttle and open motorcycle festival. This year’s event continues the legacy with Harley-Davidson product showcases, riding experiences, and live entertainment in the heart of Austria’s stunning Carinthian landscape.
At the heart of the 40,000-square-meter Harley Village, the Harley-Davidson Expo will present the latest 2025 models in the Grand American Touring, Cruiser, Sport, and Adventure Touring categories. The spotlight will shine brightly on the exclusive Gray Ghost Fat Boy, a stunning tribute to Willie G. Davidson’s design legacy and one of the most distinctive motorcycles ever released.
For adventure enthusiasts, the Pan America Adventure Zone returns with more off-road challenges, and thrills. Operated by Harley-Davidson’s instructors Ralf Wiesenfeller (Germany), and Marco Belli (Italy), the area will feature hands-on off-road training, dynamic demo rides, and expert showcases on the Pan America 1250 Special. Rally legend Joan Pedrero (Spain) will return for live demonstrations and rider Q&A sessions.
Visitors eager to experience the latest Harley-Davidson models first-hand can head to the Demo Zone, where a wide range of 2025 motorcycles will be available for test rides. For those without a motorcycle license, the Jumpstart™ simulator and Race simulator provides the chance to experience the thrill of twisting the throttle on a stationary Harley-Davidson. Meanwhile, free guided tours through the stunning alpine roads of Carinthia and Slovenia will be led by the H.O.G. Carinthia Chapter from Wednesday to Friday.
Riders, families, and fans will find over 100 vendors, food and drink stalls, custom builders, and more, offering something for every type of rider or festivalgoer. The energy continues well into the night with more than 30 live bands performing across the Harley Bar and Saloon Bar, with high-energy acts such as Stiletto, Kraig Nienhuis, Strongbow, Overlaps, Cindy & the Rock History, and Fahrenheit, playing throughout the week. The nightly entertainment is amplified with fire shows on Friday and Saturday evenings.
Additional highlights include the free ride-in Custom Bike Show, proudly sponsored by Metzeler, taking place on Friday, 5 September in an exciting new location: the beautiful city of Villach, just a short 20-minute ride from the main event site at Faak am See. Set against the charming backdrop of Villach’s cobblestone Hauptplatz, which will be closed to traffic for the occasion, the show promises a vibrant and immersive experience for custom bike enthusiasts.
Participants can enter across six distinct categories: Tourer, Cruiser, Sport, Antique, Adventure & Off-road, and Radical Custom. Prizes will be awarded for first and second place in each category, along with special honours including Best in Show, Metzeler’s People’s Choice Award (voted by the public), and the Metzeler Judges’ Choice. It’s a celebration of craftsmanship, creativity, and community right in the heart of Villach.
The legendary Harley-Davidson Parade returns on Saturday, 6 September, taking over some of the local areas most scenic and iconic roads. Drawing thousands of motorcycles and spectators, it’s a powerful celebration of freedom, unity and Harley-Davidson’s legacy in motion
As always, entry is free and one lucky attendee will ride home on a brand-new Harley-Davidson Low Rider ST, the grand prize in the event raffle on Saturday, 6 September.
